Easy Spinach Artichoke Dip

Spinach Artichoke Dip is a perfect appetizer for any gathering during the Holiday Season.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Artichoke Hearts cut into smaller pieces
  • 2 cups shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey jack cheese
  • 1 jar roasted garlic alfredo sauce
  • 1 box/ package frozen spinach or 3 cups cooked spinach

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400º F.
  • Mix all of the ingredients together – I like to save 1/3 of the Monterey Jack cheese to sprinkle on the end.
  • Put in 9×9 baking dish or individual ramekins.
  • Bake for 15 minutes at 400º or until bubbling.
  • Broil for a few minutes to brown the cheese.

Notes

Serve the hot spinach dip with tortilla chips, crackers, pita chips, toasted bread, etc
