Spinach Artichoke Dip is a perfect appetizer for any gathering during the Holiday Season.

Ingredients

can
Artichoke Hearts
cut into smaller pieces
2
cups
shredded parmesan cheese
2
cups
shredded Monterey jack cheese
1
jar
roasted garlic alfredo sauce
1
box/ package frozen spinach or 3 cups cooked spinach
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400º F.
Mix all of the ingredients together – I like to save 1/3 of the Monterey Jack cheese to sprinkle on the end.
Put in 9×9 baking dish or individual ramekins.
Bake for 15 minutes at 400º or until bubbling.
Broil for a few minutes to brown the cheese.
Notes
Serve the hot spinach dip with tortilla chips, crackers, pita chips, toasted bread, etc
