Easy Cheesecake Dessert

The Easy Cheesecake Dessert is one that is a must for all of our family gatherings! We have had this dessert at Thanksgiving, Birthdays, Family get-togethers, and when company comes over! It is always a great go-to dessert and so easy to have the ingredients on hand for when needed!

We have made this as the instructions call for, and used gluten free pretzels for the crust. And it is always good! I hope you enjoy this Easy Cheesecake Dessert with your family and it becomes your go-to!

Cheesecake Dessert Instructions

Crust Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs (I usually use 1 1/2 packages of graham crackers)
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup of sugar

Combine and mix all ingredients, and press into a 9×13-inch pan.

Cheesecake Ingredients

  • 2 packages of Dream Whip – prepared according to package instructions
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Mix the two packages of Dream Whip according to package instructions. Make sure to whip until it thickens and forms soft peaks. Move to a separate bowl to save for later.

Combine the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Cream until smooth.

Add the Dream Whip and fold together. Fill the graham cracker crust.

Topping Ingredients

  • 2-3 cups of your choice of fruit ( I prefer Raspberries)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Red Jello
  • 1 Tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Water

In a saucepan, heat fruit over medium heat. Bring it to a small boil. Add the Jello and sugar and mix well.

Whisk together cornstarch and water. Gently add to the fruit mixture. Mix well.

Allow a short time for cooling. Pour over cream cheese mixture.

Chill and serve! Enjoy!

OTHER NOTES – You can use gluten free graham crackers or pretzels for the crust. You can also use regular milk in the Dream Whip, I usually use Almond Milk because that is what we usually have.
